All items are packaged securely for safe shipping. We ship via UPS and in some cases USPS. We provide tracking information on all shipped items.
Items that arrive broken or damaged due to transport, must be reported with photograhs of item showing damaged area(s) within 3 days of arrival. R.I.A. acknowledges client issues regarding artwork and will address in a timely manner.
Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy Carefully! We have a No Return, No Refund or No Exchanges on purchased customized artwork. Clients commission their own photograph(s). All steps are discussed in advance and customized per clients request. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on customized artwork.
Other non-customized items can be exchanged for equal value, or customer may exchange towards other art work style. Monies will be applied towards that other artwork style. Item must be returned in good conditon by customer and customer must pay return shipping charges.
Shipped Damaged Items:
This only applies to Shipped Damaged Items on Arrival Only!
Items that arrive damaged can be replaced. You must notify Reflection In Art with 3 days of item arrival. Items that have not been reported with in 3 days of arrival as damaged, will not be able to be replaced. Please contact us if you will be away at time artwork will ship.
